This Newtown Borough client wanted to replace their old landscape with a new low maintenance planting. They also were in need of more seating and additional privacy while on their deck. To create privacy we used 2 inch by 2 inch vertical cedar privacy lattice. The old chain link fence was removed and a new aluminum fence was installed. Additional PA bluestone was installed as an extension to the existing patio. All plant material was removed and new tall fescue sad and new low maintenance plants were installed.
