One of the main goals of this Lower Makefield Township project was to increase the size of their outdoor living space. A secondary goal o this project was to use a material that very durable and required little to no maintenance. the client choose to use Timber Tech xlm pvc deck and Timber Techs Radiance Rail. Timber -Tech maintains its color and beauty for many years. It does not require any painting, staining, or re-sealing. It also resist mildew, warping and insects. This saves time and money over the life of the deck. After demolition of the existing hardscape patio , the pressure treated wood structure was built. The composite deck material was attached to the wood structure using Timber Techs hidden fasteners system. This allow the deck boards to be attached to the wood structure without having to see screw heads. The home owner Choose to use Timber Techs Radiance Rails , again just as the hidden fasteners system -no railing hardware is seen. To give this Yardley Pa deck the finishing touches several Kichler low voltage deck lights were used to accent the railing supports and Pergola.
